Job Overview

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality output while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. This role is crucial for achieving our production targets and upholding Econation’s commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and schedules.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage material flow and inventory within the production area.
  • Train and mentor production staff.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
