Job Overview

The Principal – People Transformation and Change will be instrumental in shaping and executing Moniepoint’s people strategy to support our ambitious growth trajectory. This remote role requires a visionary leader capable of driving significant organizational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring our people practices align with our global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive people transformation strategies aligned with Moniepoint’s vision and strategic priorities.
  • Lead change management efforts across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee adoption rates.
  • Design and oversee programs focused on talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and address key people-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of people transformation initiatives.
  • Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in people transformation, change management, and HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational change programs.
  • Deep understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
