Job Overview

As a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will be instrumental in ensuring our world-famous Nabisco products are prominently and attractively displayed in retail environments. Your efforts will directly impact brand visibility, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales. This role demands reliability, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently to achieve merchandising objectives within designated store locations. You will be a key brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and appealing representation of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute planograms and merchandising directives accurately to ensure optimal product placement and visual appeal.
* Stock shelves, displays, and end caps with Nabisco products, adhering to product rotation and freshness standards.
* Identify and address any out-of-stock situations, ensuring product availability for consumers.
* Maintain store cleanliness and organization within assigned retail areas, including shelves, aisles, and displays.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and staff.
* Report on in-store conditions, competitor activity, and potential sales opportunities.
* Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials, such as signage and promotional displays.
* Provide feedback on merchandising effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail merchandising, stock, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily/weekly objectives.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising and product presentation.
* Reliable transportation to travel to various assigned retail locations.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and potentially weekends, as dictated by business needs.
* Ability to lift and move products as required, often up to 25 pounds.
* Possession of a smartphone for reporting and communication purposes.
