Job Overview

The Operations – Camp Services Coordinator II will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all camp services operations, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive living and working environment for personnel on ABNL sites. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of company-provided accommodation facilities.
  • Manage catering, housekeeping, laundry, and waste management services.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for necessary supplies and services.
  • Supervise and train camp staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Handle resident inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and personnel movements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in camp management or hospitality services, preferably in an industrial or remote setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple operational areas simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and reporting tools.
