Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, website blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Create engaging social media posts, graphics, and short videos.
  • Assist in the execution of content calendars and campaign strategies.
  • Conduct research on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics.

    • Requirements

  • Currently serving National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members in Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.
