Job Overview

The Videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that showcases Kingford Homes’ properties and brand identity. This role requires a creative individual who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms, including property tours, promotional videos, testimonials, and social media clips.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.
• Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Ensure all video content aligns with Kingford Homes’ brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage video projects from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role.
