Job Overview
As a Native Spanish Customer Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and fostering positive relationships with users of leading tech products and services. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with global innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate customer support in native Spanish via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions.

Requirements
- Native proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
