Job Overview

As a Music Streaming Platform Customer Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our users, resolving inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with our client’s popular music streaming service. This remote position requires a strong command of both Polish and English to cater to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
