Job Overview

The Sales Executive / Business Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding CourierPlus’s market share by developing and nurturing strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and sales within the logistics or related service industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in logistics.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and logistics sector.
