Job Overview

MMT Consults is pleased to announce a recruitment drive for three critical positions within our Abuja office. We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill the roles of Kitchen Supervisor, Sales Representative, and Bookkeeper. These positions are instrumental in supporting our operational efficiency and client engagement. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, relevant experience, and a commitment to upholding MMT Consults’ high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* **Kitchen Supervisor:** Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, food quality, and adherence to hygiene standards. Manage inventory, control food costs, and train kitchen staff. Develop menus and specials in collaboration with management. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
* **Sales Representative:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
* **Bookkeeper:** Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly. Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll. Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Requirements

* **Kitchen Supervisor:** Proven experience in kitchen management or a supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* **Sales Representative:** Demonstrated track record of success in sales, preferably within a B2B environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
* **Bookkeeper:** Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* A relevant qualification or certification in the respective field is an advantage for all positions.
* Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
