Job Overview

The Mathematics Teacher will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mathematics education, inspiring a love for the subject, and ensuring students achieve their full academic potential within the LBIS curriculum framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons across designated age groups.
  • Develop and implement diverse teaching strategies to cater to varying learning styles.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the mathematics curriculum and share best practices.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.
  • Thorough understanding of national and international mathematics curricula.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology.
