Job Overview

The Machinery Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all construction machinery and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our construction projects, minimizing downtime, and maximizing equipment lifespan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on all company machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacement.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables.

  • Proven experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of various construction equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, cranes).
