Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and managing WEP’s program activities in line with organizational objectives.
• Engaging with community stakeholders, including women, youth, and local leaders.
• Conducting needs assessments and developing project proposals.
• Monitoring and evaluating project progress and impact.
• Contributing to report writing and documentation.
• Participating in advocacy and awareness-raising campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community development, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of gender equality and youth empowerment principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools.
• A degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
