Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions to students in various IT disciplines, ensuring a high standard of learning.
* Develop and update course curriculum and training materials to align with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
* Provide academic and career guidance to students, supporting their professional development and success.
* Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and practical exercises, offering constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with the learning center management to foster a positive and effective learning environment.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer education and technology trends.
* Participate in professional development activities to continuously enhance teaching skills and technical expertise.
* Contribute to the operational efficiency and student satisfaction within the designated learning center.

Requirements

* A strong foundation in one or more key IT domains such as software development, networking, cybersecurity, data science, or digital marketing.
* Proven experience in training, teaching, or facilitating learning in a professional or academic setting.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
* Demonstrated passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
* Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a multicultural and dynamic international environment.
* Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and instruction.
