Job Overview

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues, responding to support requests, and performing installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
  • Maintain IT equipment and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Document technical procedures and user guides.
  • Assist with network administration and security tasks.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and hardware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
