Job Overview

The Inventory Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in minimizing discrepancies and optimizing inventory flow across all Supersaver locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams on stock requirements
• Prepare inventory reports and identify trends
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification preferred
• 2+ years inventory management experience
• Proficiency in inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
