Job Overview

Anas Atiantic Services Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to conceptualize and execute stunning interior spaces that align with our brand and client needs. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial client consultation to final project completion, ensuring that every space is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints for interior design projects.
* Develop creative and innovative design concepts, including mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualizations.
* Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, and color palettes that enhance the overall design aesthetic and functionality.
* Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and proposals for client approval.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
* Oversee the procurement and installation of all interior elements, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
* Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor progress, and resolve any design or installation challenges.
* Stay abreast of current design trends, emerging materials, and innovative technologies to continuously enhance our design offerings.

Requirements

* A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
* Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant visualization tools.
* Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, space planning, and material properties.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
* A deep understanding of construction methods and building codes relevant to interior design.
