Job Overview

The Information Technology Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Accessible Publishers Ltd’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technological resources, supporting our publishing, printing, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Ensure data security and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in IT project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
