Job Overview

The Human Capital Management Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with Bosak Microfinance Bank’s growth objectives. This role involves managing various HR functions to ensure a motivated, skilled, and compliant workforce that drives organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources functions.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
