Job Overview

The Human Capital Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Capital department, ensuring efficient management of employee-related processes and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and preparing new hire documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physically and digitally.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Help in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital department.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience, preferably in an HR capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
