GoDo Innovation Hub Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Hub Manager to lead our vibrant innovation ecosystem in Lagos, Nigeria. Located in the heart of Ikeja GRA, GoDo is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial growth, creativity, and impactful venture creation. As our Hub Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating a dynamic environment that empowers our community to transform bold ideas into successful realities.

Job Overview

The Hub Manager will be responsible for the daily operations, community engagement, and strategic development of the GoDo Innovation Hub. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for innovation, and a strong understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape in Lagos. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience for everyone within the hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GoDo Innovation Hub, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
  • Develop and implement community-building initiatives to foster collaboration and networking among members.
  • Manage member onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and support events, workshops, and programs hosted at the hub.
  • Maintain and manage the physical space, ensuring it is well-equipped and conducive to innovation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and government agencies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for hub operations and community engagement.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, operations management, or event coordination, preferably within an innovation or co-working space.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian startup and innovation ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
