Job Overview

As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, candidate management, and administrative functions. You will work closely with our recruitment and placement teams to ensure seamless service delivery for both clients and candidates, while maintaining our high standards of professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate and client databases and documentation
• Support background verification processes and compliance requirements
• Coordinate onboarding procedures and client orientation programs
• Handle HR administrative tasks and employee records management
• Liaise between candidates, clients, and internal teams
• Contribute to HR policy implementation and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of HR or recruitment experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
