Job Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Abuja Clinics’ mission and values. This role requires a seasoned professional adept at managing all facets of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance, contributing to the continued growth and excellence of our healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver HR training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR management experience.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
