Job Overview

The HR Consultant / HR Team Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR consulting services to our diverse clientele. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR consulting, complemented by strong leadership capabilities to guide a dedicated HR team. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with client business objectives and foster organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, with a demonstrable portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS.
