Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Growth Manager to spearhead our performance marketing initiatives and drive international expansion for our cutting-edge Maps Platform. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who thrives in a technical B2B/B2D (Business-to-Developer) environment and possesses a deep understanding of growth hacking principles. You will be instrumental in defining and executing strategies that attract, engage, and convert new users and customers across diverse European markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including SEM, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
* Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic international expansion initiatives, including market research, localization strategies, and tailored go-to-market plans for key European regions.
* Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious growth targets, continuously analyzing campaign performance and iterating on strategies.
* Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product development, and to provide insights that inform product roadmap decisions.
* Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign messaging to continuously improve conversion rates and user engagement.
* Analyze complex datasets to identify key growth opportunities, understand customer behavior, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Build and nurture relationships with key partners, influencers, and potential distribution channels to expand our market reach.
* Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance marketing, and the geospatial technology landscape.
Requirements
* Proven track record of success in a growth-focused marketing role, preferably within a SaaS or technical B2B/B2D company.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
* Strong understanding of international market dynamics, with experience in developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies for new regions.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and experience with marketing automation platforms.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
