Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for all Ecofitnesshub members and visitors, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere and operational efficiency of our facilities in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting members and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handling incoming calls, inquiries, and directing them appropriately.
• Registering new members and processing membership renewals.
• Scheduling appointments for personal training sessions and other services.
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Handling cash and card payments for memberships and services.
• Maintaining an inventory of reception supplies.
• Addressing member concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with fitness industry terminology is an advantage.
