Job Overview

The Onboarding Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new students at Brint Online Schools. This involves clear communication, efficient administration, and proactive support to help students feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed in our digital classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new students through the enrollment and platform access procedures.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding school policies, curriculum, and resources.
• Assist students in navigating the learning management system and digital tools.
• Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Troubleshoot initial technical issues or direct students to appropriate support channels.
• Collect and review necessary documentation for student admissions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of onboarding materials and processes.
