Reliance Health is seeking a Finance Associate to support its financial operations, reporting, and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and timely
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Assist with audits, compliance checks, and implementation of financial controls
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for organizational transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with NYSC completion
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or insurance sectors
• ICAN or ACCA certification, or progress toward completion
