This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of our comprehensive suite of integrated solutions, including voice, cellular backhaul, GPRS/internet, VSAT, and VPNs, to our esteemed clientele.

Job Overview

The Field Operations Service Supervisor will lead and manage a team of field technicians, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to operational management, problem-solving, and the implementation of best practices in field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the field operations team.
  • Ensure timely and effective installation, maintenance, and repair of all ISN network infrastructure and client equipment.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Manage inventory of equipment and spare parts for field operations.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered in the field.
  • Liaise with customer support and other departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a field operations or technical service environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VSAT, cellular backhaul, VPNs).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate personnel.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nigeria.
