Job Overview
The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bottling plant’s operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in manufacturing management, a deep understanding of operational processes, and the ability to foster a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production output and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the factory team, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee inventory management, raw material procurement, and waste reduction programs.
- Implement and maintain robust health and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably within the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local Malaysian regulations and standards is advantageous.
