Job Overview
The Hospital Manager Admin will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency and administrative management of Christian Miracle Hospital, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to NHIS standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including patient registration, billing, and record-keeping.
- Manage hospital staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and NHIS accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage hospital resources, including inventory and budget.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration.
- Proven knowledge of NHIS accreditation and healthcare regulations in Nigeria.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant hospital management software.
