Job Overview
The Platform Support Engineer (PSH APP) will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the PSH APP platform, ensuring its optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role is crucial in supporting Mojec Power’s operational excellence and continued innovation in the metering and power sector.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor platform health and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests related to the PSH APP.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of the platform.
Collaborate with development teams to address bugs and implement enhancements.
Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other stakeholders.
Ensure platform security and data integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in platform support, system administration, or a similar technical role.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and associated services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
