ARM Hold Co. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Nigeria. As a leading non-bank financial services firm with a strong heritage in asset management, ARM has diversified into various sectors, including insurance through its subsidiary, ARM Life (formerly CrystaLife Assurance Plc.). Job Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance ARM Hold Co.’s market position and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate business objectives into impactful brand campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, and BTL activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Corporate Communications) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver creative and effective brand assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
