Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with Rexford Car Rentals’ brand identity and business goals.
* Conceptualize, create, and edit a wide range of engaging digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, video scripts, infographics, and email newsletters.
* Manage and maintain Rexford Car Rentals’ social media profiles, fostering community engagement and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content is integrated into broader campaigns and effectively drives lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Stay abreast of current digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously optimize content performance and audience reach.
* Analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to enhance engagement and achieve key performance indicators.
* Oversee the visual aesthetic and tone of voice for all digital communications, ensuring consistency with the Rexford Car Rentals brand.
* Potentially manage freelance creators or external agencies to scale content production efforts as needed.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Digital Creator, Content Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns and content creation.
* Demonstrated expertise in content creation tools and platforms, including graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software, and social media management tools.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of SEO principles.
* A deep understanding of the Nigerian market, consumer behavior, and digital trends relevant to the transportation and logistics sector.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
