Job Overview

PositionUpwind is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (US Remote) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our valued clients achieve maximum benefit from our cutting-edge cloud security platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and driving customer adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Proactively understand customer goals and challenges to drive platform adoption and value realization.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security concepts and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
