Hubstaff is seeking a driven and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our Canadian clients maximize the value of the Hubstaff platform, fostering long-term partnerships and driving product adoption. You will leverage your expertise to guide clients through their journey, from onboarding to ongoing success, ensuring they achieve their productivity and workforce management goals.

Job Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Hubstaff clients in Canada. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives, identify challenges, and provide tailored solutions using the Hubstaff platform. Your dedication to client satisfaction will directly contribute to retention and growth within the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation of Hubstaff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand product usage.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client progress and satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Educate clients on new features and best practices for optimizing their use of Hubstaff.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and productivity tools.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working remotely and independently.
  • Familiarity with Canadian business practices is a plus.
