Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for RingCentral clients, responsible for fostering long-term, successful partnerships. You will proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure they are maximizing the value of RingCentral’s services. This role is crucial in driving client retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor client health and usage to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and align with client goals.
  • Educate clients on product features and best practices to drive adoption and utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product) to resolve client issues and advocate for their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell where aligned with client objectives.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications or SaaS industry is a plus.
