• Salary Range: ₦200,000 to ₦300,000 per month
• Estimated Gross Salary: ₦250,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Officer, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of services and products
• Accurately document customer information using company systems
• Process customer orders efficiently and without errors
• Provide timely updates and feedback to clients
• Handle and resolve complaints within the required timeframe
• Upsell and cross sell relevant products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Educational Qualification

• BSc or HND in any discipline

Experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service or customer support
