Job Overview

The Head Client Management will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client engagement and satisfaction at Mshel Homes Limited. This pivotal role will drive client retention, foster loyalty, and ensure a consistently exceptional client experience, aligning with our core mission of making the right moves with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive client management strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the client management team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee client onboarding, communication, and relationship nurturing throughout the property lifecycle.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction rates.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and property development teams to enhance client offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
