Job Overview

As a Children Bible Formation Partner, you will lead prayers, teach the Bible, and create engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ abilities. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to support each student’s academic, spiritual, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct prayers and teach Bible lessons to students
  • Plan and deliver well-structured, clear lessons that meet students’ abilities and curriculum requirements
  • Maintain a stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning and engagement
  • Inspire enthusiasm for biblical studies and help students achieve their potential
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department, Learning Support, form tutors, and Heads of House to support students with special educational or pastoral needs
  • Promote positive behavior and proactive study habits
  • Set homework aligned with students’ ability and workload
  • Maintain high organizational standards and punctuality for all lessons
  • Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, reports, and other updates
  • Assess, record, and monitor student progress according to faculty guidelines
  • Manage classroom dynamics, resources, and materials efficiently
  • Invigilate and grade projects, quizzes, and examinations
  • Demonstrate computer literacy in lesson preparation and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Bible School training is mandatory
  • Minimum of 1 year teaching or relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students
  • Excellent organizational skills and professionalism
  • Proficiency in using computers for educational purposes
