Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial aspects of Hodskey Consultants Limited, providing strategic guidance and leadership to the finance department. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with a deep understanding of financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency within the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including cash management and investment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian financial markets and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
