Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent at Akinkunmi Nigeria Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering clear, concise, and professional communication across various channels. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
* Accurately identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or information.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
* Document all customer interactions and relevant information in the company’s CRM system.
* Educate customers on products, services, and relevant company policies.
* Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
* Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets and upholding service standards.
* Provide feedback to management on customer trends, common issues, and potential service improvements.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
* A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
* Minimum of a Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent.
