Job Overview

The Blow-Fill-Seal Machine Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machinery within Viju Industries Nigeria Limited’s production facilities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our beverage packaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor BFS machines to ensure optimal performance and product output.
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on BFS equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards throughout the filling and sealing process.
  • Troubleshoot minor operational issues and report any significant malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Accurately record production data and any relevant operational observations.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably with Blow-Fill-Seal technology.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand machine operations.
