Job Overview
Vastovers Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Personnel to provide crucial administrative support to our operations in Nigeria. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day activities, directly impacting our ability to serve our customers and stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
* Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management as required.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and record-keeping.
* Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, for essential company documents and records.
* Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
* Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and basic research.
* Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide a welcoming and professional front-office presence.
* Support the coordination of internal and external events, including logistics and participant communication.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive attitude.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
* A valid National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or exemption is preferred.
