Job Overview

The Accountability Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting DRC’s accountability framework by ensuring data integrity, assisting in monitoring and evaluation activities, and contributing to the effective management of accountability mechanisms. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, verification, and organization of data related to program activities and accountability indicators.
• Support the implementation of feedback and complaints mechanisms, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation related to accountability and program performance.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions concerning accountability.
• Maintain organized records and databases for accountability-related information.
• Liaise with program teams to ensure understanding and adherence to accountability standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences).
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Danish is an asset.
