We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales team in Paris, France, supporting our Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients. Job Overview

As an Account Executive, SMB, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our SMB customer segment in the French market. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with new SMB prospects.
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate Figma’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close new business contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, specifically within the SMB market.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Fluency in French and strong command of English.
  • Familiarity with design or creative software is a plus.
