Job Overview

This role is instrumental in driving the user experience strategy for cutting-edge fintech products. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into elegant, user-centric designs for our mobile applications, leveraging AI capabilities to enhance functionality and user engagement. This position demands a strong understanding of mobile design principles, UX research, and a forward-thinking approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile fintech products, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define product vision and requirements.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design intuitive and accessible interfaces, considering the unique needs of the LATAM market.
• Integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into the user experience.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a significant focus on mobile applications and fintech.
• Proven experience designing with AI-powered features.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with the LATAM market is a plus.
