As a Direct Sales Agent, you’ll drive Kuda’s growth by acquiring new customers, building relationships, and promoting the bank’s products—while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Market Kuda’s financial products (personal/business banking, loans, POS)
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms
- Conduct product demos and client presentations
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions
- Maintain sales records in CRM
- Participate in roadshows and community events
- Provide product feedback to internal teams
- Support clients with onboarding and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/HND in Marketing, Business Admin, Finance, or related field
- Experience in sales or customer service (banking preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time-management abilities
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with digital banking tools
