Work Evolve is hiring Graduate Consultants to support its consulting team in delivering practical, client-focused solutions across multiple projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to consulting, digital products, and business operations in a dynamic work environment.

Role Overview

As a Graduate Consultant, you will assist with research, analysis, project coordination, and client engagement while gaining real-world consulting experience. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and NYSC Corps Members looking to build a strong foundation in consulting and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support consulting projects
• Assist with digital product and solution support
• Support client engagement and communication activities
• Coordinate project tasks and timelines
• Assist with business development and proposal preparation
• Provide operational and administrative support across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Social Sciences
  • Communications
  • Technology or related fields
• Open to fresh graduates and NYSC Corpers

Required Skills

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid structure
• Fast learner with strong digital awareness
