Our work is deeply analytical—examining trends, building frameworks, interrogating systemic challenges, and generating evidence-based insights that shape thought leadership and practical action.
Role Overview
We are looking for contributors capable of producing long-form, intellectually rigorous content that educates, informs, and lays groundwork for emerging scholarship and real-world application.
This position is ideal for students, entry-level researchers, or writers seeking to strengthen their research, analytical reasoning, and long-form writing capabilities while contributing to a growing knowledge ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research and develop analytical articles (minimum 1,500 words) on themes such as:
o Black women’s entrepreneurship and innovation
o Gender dynamics, equity, and economic inclusion
o Financing gaps and venture capital pathways
o Case studies, conceptual models, and systemic analysis
• Cite credible academic and industry sources, using APA-style references.
• Propose original frameworks, models, or analytical viewpoints.
• Produce content that advances a globally relevant, research-centered knowledge platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Skilled in academic or evidence-based writing
• Genuine interest in Black women’s enterprise, socio-economic systems, and innovation
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to collaborate within a remote team
• Prior academic, policy, or research experience is beneficial but not mandatory
What You Will Gain
• Practical experience in analytical research and scholarship-oriented writing
• Mentorship in research methodology, academic writing, and citation approaches
• The opportunity to contribute to a platform shaping discourse, case studies, and frameworks on a global stage
• Portfolio development, research exposure, and pathways for professional growth
